- Broad coverage for professional services associated with the real estate industry, including coverage for firms involved in residential sales, commercial sales/leasing, property management, consulting, appraisals, auctioneering, and mortgage brokers.

- Coverage for short term escrow agents is available with certain carriers.
- Coverage for personal injury and lockbox liability.
- Coverage for the sale of an agent's primary residence is available.
- Coverage for property management of 100% owned properties is available with certain carriers.
- Defense coverage as a result of licensing proceedings coverage. A sub-limit may apply depending upon carrier.
- Discrimination defense and damages.
- Environmental Hazards or Limited Pollution Coverage is available.
- Optional Coverage for Employment Practices coverage may be available with certain carriers.
- Optional First Dollar Defense is available with certain carriers. With this option your deductible only applies to loss payments and not to the cost to defend you.
- Optional coverage for the sale of properties constructed/developed by a separate but related entity is available with certain carriers.
- Optional coverage for the sale of residential property owned by an insured/insured's spouse is available with certain carriers.
