- First Aid Coverage pays up to $5,000 in expenses for first aid or emergency medical care due to an occurrence caused by a podiatric incident.
- Medical Waste Legal Expense pays up to $50,000 per suit/$50,000 aggregate for the legal expense incurred by you from a civil action alleging a violation of a law or regulation governing the disposal of medical waste.
- Medicare/Medicaid Legal Expense - This optional coverage pays up to $30,000 per action/$30,000 aggregate for legal expense you incur in defense of a federal or state agency audit, investigation, administrative proceeding or legal action relating to your participation in the Medicare or Medicaid programs.
